I’ve lived here my entire life, raised my family here, and built my business in one of the most beautiful corners of the world. From the scent of fresh cedar after the rain to those golden summer evenings that feel like magic, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others plant roots—or turn the page—right here in Mill Creek, Edmonds, and the greater Seattle area.
With 20+ years of real estate experience and more than 500 homes sold, I bring a calm, confident presence to what can be one of life’s most emotional transitions. Earlier in my career, I stepped into executive leadership, serving as General Manager for Ben Kinney Companies in Seattle and later as the Founding Broker of Record for Compass Washington. I led high-performing teams, coached agents, and helped shape the strategic direction of some of the region’s most respected brokerages. But once my boys left for college—both staying close to home here in the Pacific Northwest—I knew it was time to return to what I love most: working directly with clients.
My family is everything to me, and I’m proud to be a local mom watching her kids thrive while continuing to grow a business rooted in service. We’re even hoping our son will one day join me in real estate, continuing the legacy of helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and heart.
